We are a DIY kind of breed and really considered selling our home by ourselves. The market
was hot and we lived in a very desirable neighborhood. Selling our house would be easy, right? Well we
certainly were very wrong on that assumption. There is absolutely no way we could have done this on
our own and I am really very thankful Tamara was on our side. Yes we had a total of 19 offers on our
home and yes they were all above asking price, but bidding wars and negotiations were flying left and
right and Tamara Dean was there on the front line, strong and steady. She is a true ROCK STAR. She was

She did an incredible job with advertising our prior home and helping us negotiate and purchase a new home. She hired a professional photographer who took pictures that brought potential buyers in our home. We ended up having over 20 showings in a 3 day span and sold our home above asking price. She and her team helped us worker with our builder and was able to line up an excellent lender through the whole process. This is definitely a team of individuals who worked together to make the process smooth for their clients. We highly recommend Tamara Dean and her team.
